Source-backed listing corrections

Corrections are welcome from vendors, clinicians, PACS administrators, and researchers. The directory accepts corrections when they are tied to public sources or exact-version documentation.

Accepted correction types

  1. Wrong FDA file number, decision date, clearance type, device name, or manufacturer.
  2. Wrong modality, anatomy, clinical use, deployment, or RIS/PACS integration category.
  3. Missing public evidence, IFU, labeling, implementation, or security documentation links.
  4. Pricing category corrections, but not confidential price quotes.
  5. Vendor consolidation requests where FDA records list multiple legal entities for the same commercial vendor.

Not accepted

Unsupported superlatives, unsourced performance claims, customer names without public permission, and private pricing are not added to public profiles.
